Privacy Policy

Your diary, MIS, and journey entries are private and linked to your signed-in account. Other visitors cannot see your entries.

Information we store

We store your entries and timestamps, account identity, last app visit, optional age, country and mobile number, access status, feedback and rating, public testimonial permission, referral counts, and the email and message you send to support. Your profile photo and some preferences may also be stored locally in your browser.

How we use it

We use this information to show your entries, create reports, provide one year of free access, count referrals, respond to support requests, review feedback, and operate the service. Optional profile details help with account and admin support. We show your name and feedback publicly only if you give permission and an admin approves it. Payments are currently unavailable. Older test payment order records may remain for technical checks; Life Diary does not store card details.

Your choices

You can edit or delete entries in the app and withdraw public feedback permission from My Account. To request help with your data or account, contact Support. Sign in with the same account to access your entries again.
